This Senior Project Manager will have complete construction oversight of a new 13 story, luxury residential, mid-rise building in Downtown Columbus. My client is a reputable Developer/Builder/Owner of Urban Mixed-Use projects based here in Columbus with nearly 75 years of Development and Real Estate experience. This person will work for the construction arm (they act as the GC) of the parent company. This is a high profile, resume builder opportunity where one could move into a much greater role following this 2 ½ year project.
